If you forget your password you are able to reset it from login screen by clicking on the Forgot Password? link.

Follow the instructions provided and reset your password.

If you would prefer not remembering a million and one passwords you can use the Xero single sign on option which allows you to access Hindsight with your Xero login credentials.  No need to remember separate logins.
