Auto Complete

As a user we understand that you don’t want to be distracted by alerts that have triggered on previous days.  We want to filter out the noise for you.  To ensure we are only surfacing things that still require attention:

  • if an alert triggers again today and was present yesterday we will automatically close the previous instance
  • if it hasn’t triggered again today that would imply the problem has been resolved and you no longer need to look at it so will automatically complete the previous instance

This is hugely important to ensure that you are not overwhelmed by the sheer volume of alerts being generated.

If you are working on a multi-transaction alert and you have not cleared all items the system will complete the alert and serve you the following day with those items that have not been corrected.

Everyday you should only be seeing things that genuinely need attention.
